Shop Policies

At Mrs. B & Company, it is our goal to take great care of our fabulous customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact Mrs. B & Company within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!


Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items; each order is custom made especially for you. If the mistake is made by Mrs. B & Company, we will correct it. Please read the directions carefully when ordering personalized items. 

Because Mrs. B & Company is a small business, please note the following: 

- Items can be returned for store credit only. Mrs. B & Company does not issue refunds.

- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.

- Anything purchased with ANY KIND of personalization is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 

- Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. 

- Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 

- Mrs. B & Company does not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.
